As a Chartered Accountant with over six years of experience, I've always operated at the intersection of structure, strategy, and long-term impact. The scale of the mental health crisis, where 1 in 4 Indians grapple with anxiety, depression, or stress, often in silence and without access to meaningful care, led me to make a pivotal shift from finance to mental health.
I founded Zenup Health with a singular vision: to close India's vast treatment gap by building a science-backed, structured, and deeply empathetic ecosystem of support that is affordable, accessible, credible, and human-centred at scale.
