Do I need a therapist or a psychiatrist?

A therapist works with you through structured conversations to build coping skills and develop healthier responses.

A psychiatrist focuses on diagnosis and medication management when required.

Individual therapy: 60 min | Couples: 75 min | Psychiatry: 30–45 min.

How many sessions will I need?

There's no fixed number — therapy is highly individual. After a few sessions, your psychologist will give you a clearer picture. Many clients start weekly and adjust over time.

How am I assigned to a psychologist?

Based on your concerns, their complexity, and the type of support most effective for you. All therapists follow an eclectic approach using CBT, REBT, DBT, narrative and psychodynamic therapy.

What are the charges?

Therapy fees vary based on the psychologist's experience and expertise. We offer a range of options to fit different budgets. For psychiatry:

  • First consultation — ₹1400
  • Follow-ups — ₹1200
How do therapy sessions work?

The first session focuses on understanding you through a detailed case history. From session two, sessions are 60 minutes with tailored exercises and therapeutic homework.

Will I get better? Are my problems solvable?

Your feelings are valid. Healing takes time, but with the right support, consistency, and effort, many people experience meaningful improvement and long-term positive change.

Online vs offline — is there a difference?

No difference in quality. Both offer the same professionalism and confidentiality. Offline sessions available in Mumbai; online sessions across India and internationally.

In what mode are sessions conducted?

Via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — one-on-one video calls ensuring complete privacy. Sessions are never recorded.

Do you provide free sessions?

We don't offer free sessions, but we keep therapy accessible through affordable pricing, discounts, and flexible payment options.

Support for sexual concerns?

Yes. We provide confidential, non-judgmental support for sexual concerns including dysfunctions, in a safe therapeutic space.

What if therapy doesn't work for me?

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust the pace, method, or therapist. You're never forced through something that doesn't work.

Will medication change my personality?

No — medication eases symptoms like anxiety or sleep issues, not who you are. Our psychiatrists start with the lowest effective dose and check in regularly.

Is online therapy really effective?

Yes. What matters most is the connection with your therapist. Many people find that attending from a comfortable space helps them open up more easily and stay consistent.
