Overthinking is when you dwell on or worry about the same thing repeatedly. People who overthink can be paralyzed by their worries and may struggle to make decisions or take action. Whereas negative thoughts are cognitions about the self, others, or the world in general that are characterized by negative perceptions, expectations, and attributions.

Functional Breathing

Mental health problems can arise from physiological dysfunctions too. By making your breathing efficient under a professional breathing instructor, you can regulate your nervous system (stress response), improve your tolerance to stress, control your blood pressure, heart rate and other physiological imbalances that are caused by various mental health problems.

LGBTQIA+

People in the LGBTQ+ community are about twice as likely to have a mental health disorder in their lifetime compared to the general population due to social pressures, discrimination, family rejection, harassment, and fear of violence.
