Relationship Counseling

Relationship issues involve everyday problems such as financial pressures, bringing up children, sexual and emotional problems, issues of fidelity or the complications of second marriages that can cause seemingly unbearable pressure on partnerships and family life.

Anger Issues

Anger becomes a problem when you have trouble controlling it, causing you to say or do things you regret. A 2010 study found that uncontrolled anger is bad for your physical and mental health. It can also quickly escalate to verbal or physical violence, harming you and those around you.

Whereas negative thoughts are cognitions about the self, others, or the world in general that are characterized by negative perceptions, expectations, and attributions.

Functional Breathing

Mental health problems can arise from physiological dysfunctions too. By making your breathing efficient under a professional breathing instructor, you can regulate your nervous system (stress response), improve your tolerance to stress, control your blood pressure, heart rate and other physiological imbalances that are caused by various mental health problems.
