FAQ's

On what basis am I assigned a psychologist?
We assign psychologists depending on what your concerns are, the complexity and severities involved. Based on our assessment of what the best treatment for you is, we would refer you to a psychologist or a senior psychologist
What modality would you use for my issues?
We use different approaches for various concerns so whichever modality seems like the best fit for you would be used. Some examples would be CBT, DBT, REBT, Narravtive therapy, Trauma and Grief Therapy, Psychodynamic, person-centered, hypnotherapy etc.
How many sessions will I need?
This cannot be determined beforehand because each client is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. Due to this reason, we don’t put a number on the sessions beforehand. And after a session your psychologist would be able to give you a rough idea about the progress and how many sessions you’d be needing. But we’re sure you’ll see a positive change after a couple of sessions.
